IRIS PROJECT MANAGER K307

The "HIGH SCHOOL" for IRIS Project Managers (with a specialization for Quality Managers)

Trainer: Fatih Ismail
As is customary in the IRIS Academy, we will share our best knowledge directly with you! True to our credo, "The best for the best in the railway industry", Fatih Ismail will present this seminar. He is an experienced IRIS certification auditor who has successfully guided several companies to the Quality Performance Level Gold as a lead auditor. With his expertise, he is intimately familiar with the requirements and focal points from the perspective of certification bodies. This allows him to offer valuable insights and practical information that few others can provide in such detail. Moreover, he inspires participants to effectively implement IRIS requirements by clearly and comprehensively explaining their benefits and interconnections. He also brings a wealth of contextual knowledge and illustrative practical examples from the railway industry. His goal is to promote a modern, user-friendly, and streamlined system of visual business processes characterized by a clear and efficient structure.

Background
Certified project managers are increasingly in demand by many companies. For numerous businesses, project management has become an absolute necessity to complete tasks effectively while maintaining control over deadlines and costs. The new ISO 22163 standard sets higher demands on project management, including quality management within projects. Therefore, we will deepen and expand your knowledge, particularly in the areas where projects often fail in practice—such as the absence of professional quality management.

Objective
This hands-on course aims to explain the fundamental tasks, processes, and tools of a project manager and a quality subproject manager within the railway industry. In this seminar, you will learn the core principles of project management and how to apply them correctly, even in unforeseen situations. The course is also designed to improve teamwork and communication.

Target Audience
Project managers, subproject managers, work package managers, project quality managers (PQM), quality planners, project purchasers, project engineers, project controllers, change and configuration managers.
