The coordination of breathing and movement increases your energy level. You feel the strength, you become more flexible through nice stretches, and special breathing exercises give you more serenity. Yogalates offers you a wonderfully energizing and equally relaxing training.
By focusing on the precise alignment, everyday life is faded out and the head becomes free for new and beautiful things.
This is not about higher, faster or further - it is worked smoothly and gently to the individual limit. Each lesson includes exercises and postures to strengthen the abs and core. At the same time, attention is paid to the exact alignment of the spine. Thus, this form of yoga can also be practiced well by back-sensitive participants. Every workout is completed with relaxation exercises!
