In this course, the deep abdominal and back muscles are strengthened, on the other hand muscles are loosened through appropriate movements. The aim is to initiate smooth muscle activity throughout the body. In training we work on a good alignment of the spine. Various Pilates principles are used and serve to improve the quality of movement.
The training creates a nice flow of movements, whereby the exercises merge and the movements and breathing complement each other. Through the precise execution, differentiated muscles are strengthened, which are often “neglected” in everyday life. In addition, your body awareness improves and a beautiful body feeling sets in. We train in small groups. This ensures relaxed and concentrated work with individual corrections to carefully selected music.
This course meets all the requirements for a prevention course. If you attend regularly, you should be reimbursed up to 100% of the course fee. Please inquire in advance with your health insurance company about the scope of the reimbursement.
Please bring your own mat.
