- Perform fine calibration of the robot
Participant
The course is aimed at service engineers and personnel performing mechanical service.
Prior knowledge
The participant needs to have experience in mechanical service and repairs

- Safety
- Perform maintenance and repairs as a team
- Replacing gearbox on axis-1 and axis-2
- Change of wrist
- Replacement axis-5 engine
- Balancing cylinder replacement
- Preventive maintenance
- Calibration
- Includes the robot models IRB 6710 to IRB 6740
Course type
The course is teacher-led. About 90% of the course consists of mechanical disassembly and assembly

The course lasts for 4 days.
