Grundsätzlich gilt für Kursteilnahme bei Rückbildung und vor Einzelbehandlungen: bitte machen Sie einen tagesaktuellen Antigen-Selbsttest auf Covid-19.
Bei Geburtsvorbereitungskursen und Antenatal classes möchten wir bis Ende Februar noch einen negativ Test aus einem Testcenter.
Bitte kommen Sie nicht, wenn Sie Krankheitssymptome haben.In diesem Fall können Sie online an dem jeweiligen Kurse teilnehmen. In der Praxis bitten wir Sie eine FFP2 Maske zu tragen, bis Sie an Ihrem Platz sind.
Kursanmeldung:
Auf Grund der aktuellen pandemischen Lage haben wir unsere Kurse bis auf weiteres als Hybridkurse geplant. Der Kursorganisation wird von der Kursleiterin im Vorfeld per Email mitgeteilt.
Bis Ende Februar erfolgt eine Teilnahme bei den Geburtsvorbereitungskurse und Antenatal class im Wechsel,
einen Termin physisch vor Ort und den anderen Termin online.
Bei den Geburtsvorbereitungskursen wird die Gruppe im Vorfeld geteilt, so dass Sie im Wechsel online und in der Hebammerie teilnehmen werden. Ab März planen wir alle Kurs in Präsenz. Die Möglichkeit online teilzunehmen behalten wir weiterhin bei.
Bei veränderter pandemischer Lage behalten wir uns vor, alle Kurse in Online-Kurse umzuwandeln.
Sie erhalten ca. 5-7 Tage vor Kursbeginn eine Mail mit detaillierten Informationen und den Zugangsdaten.
Einzelbehandlungen:
Bitte kommen Sie pünktlich und in bequemer Kleidung in die Hebammerie.

Allgemeines
Wir freuen Sie in unserem Kurs begrüßen zu dürfen. Die Hebammerie ist eine Praxis-und Kooperationsgemeinschaft. Alle Hebamme und Kursleiterinnen arbeiten und leiten in eigener Verantwortung und auf eigene Rechnung. Eine gegenseitige Haftung wird hiermit ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen.
Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung zu den Kursen erfolgt ausschließlich schriftlich und elektronisch über unser Online-Anmeldeformular. Verbindlich wird die Anmeldung mit Erhalt der Bestätigungs-Email, die Sie nach der Anmeldung von uns erhalten.
Warteliste
Wenn ein Kurs voll gebucht ist, können Sie sich auf unserer Warteliste eintragen. In diesem Fall erhalten Sie keine Bestätigungs-Email, sondern eine Kenntnisnahme für Ihr Interesse an einem Platz. Sobald ein Kursplatz frei wird, werden Sie von uns benachrichtigt und, sofern Sie noch Interesse haben, in den Kurs aufgenommen. Sollten Sie vorher anderweitig einen Kurs finden, denken Sie bitte daran, den Wartelistenplatz abzusagen. Danke.
Absage des Kurses durch Kursleiterin
Die Hebamme/Kursleiterin behält sich vor, den Kurs bei zu geringer Teilnehmerinnenzahl oder sonstigen dringenden Gründen eine Woche vor Beginn abzusagen. Wir sind bemüht, Ihnen dann einen Ersatzkurs aus unserem Kursangebot anzubieten. Die Kursleiterin kann aus dringenden Gründen kurzfristig Termine verlegen.
Rücktritt
für gebuchte Kurse und Workshops gilt: eine Abmeldung bzw. Stornierung ist kostenlos möglich bis zu 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn. Diese muss per Email an: welcome@hebammerie.de erfolgen.
für gebuchte Einzelbehandlungen gilt: der gebuchte Termin muss mindestens 24h vor Beginn der Behandlung schriftlich per mail, welcome@hebammerie.de, abgesagt werden.
Danach wird Ihnen (und der Begleitperson, z.B. bei Paarkursen) die volle Kursgebühr/Behandlungsgebühr in Rechnung gestellt. Diese setzt sich aus der Gebühr für die Versicherte nach Hebammengebührenordnung, gegebenenfalls dem Partnerbetrag und gegebenenfalls den Extrakosten zusammen. Sollte der Kursplatz durch einen Warteplatz besetzt werden können, werden Sie darüber informiert und könnten auch nach Ablauf der 14-Tagefrist vom Kurs zurücktreten.
Eine vorzeitige Kündigung vor Kursende ist nicht möglich, da alle Kursstunden aufeinander aufbauen.
Kostenübernahme/- erstattung bei hebammengeleiteten Geburtsvorbereitungs- und Rückbildungskursen
Die Kursgebühren werden bei gesetzlich versicherten Frauen direkt mit der Krankenkasse abgerechnet. Dabei können versäumte Stunden nicht mit der Kasse abgerechnet werden und müssen von der Teilnehmerin selbst entrichtet werden. Diese werden mit 8€ pro 60 Minuten verrechnet. D.h. bei einem 2-stündigen Kurs sind es entsprechend 16€ pro verpasstem Termin, bei 75-minütigen Kursen 10€, etc. Es ist unerheblich, aus welchem Grund die Teilnahme nicht erfolgte. Da die Kursstunden aufeinander aufbauen, ist es nicht möglich eine Teilnehmerin während des laufenden Kurses durch eine andere zu ersetzen.
Privatversicherte Frauen erhalten nach Kursende eine Rechnung, zahlen die Gebühren für den Kurs selbst (2-facher Satz der Hebammengebührenordnung HebGO) und reichen die Rechnung eigenständig bei ihrer Versicherung ein.
Der Partner*innenbeitrag muss bei Buchung entrichtet werden. Manche Krankenkassen erstatten diesen jedoch anteilig. Bitte informieren Sie sich selbst bei Ihrer gesetzlichen Krankenkassen oder der Ihrer/s Partners*in. Die kursleitende Hebamme stellt am Ende des Kurses eine Teilnahmebestätigung aus.
Zuzahlung
Bei einer entsprechenden Zusatzausbildung der Kursleiterin (z.B. Yoga, Cantienica ) wird eine Zuzahlung für das spezifische Kursangebot fällig. Die Krankenkassen bezahlen die stündliche Grundgebühr (nach gültiger Hebammengebührenordnung) des Kurses. Sie zahlen die Zuzahlung privat.Diese kann nicht der Krankenkasse in Rechnung gestellt werden, aber eventuell steuerlich geltend gemacht werden.Sie haben natürlich die Möglichkeit einen Kurs zu wählen, der ohne Zuzahlung ist.
Kursformat
Unsere Kurse werden bei Möglichkeit (sollte es die Coronaverordnung des Landes Berlin und die Abstangsregeln zulassen) vor Ort in der Hebammerie und hybrid gehalten. Bei hebammengeleiteten Geburtsvorbereitungskursen mit bis zu 10 Paaren im Raum, bei hebammengeleiteten Rückbildungskursen mit bis zu 10 Frauen (und Babys).Sollte dies nicht möglich sein, behalten wir es uns vor, auch kurzfristig, diese Kurse in Online-Seminare umzuwandeln! Sie werden spätestens eine Woche vor Kursbeginn über das Kursformat informiert!

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to the Hebammerie! Thank you for choosing a course, workshop or individual treatment with us!
The following applies to course participation and before individual treatments:
course participation for Postnatal exercieses or individuel treatmen:t please provide a self-test Covid at home.
Course participation for Antenatal classes: please present a daily negative antigen rapid test for Covid-19 from a test center.
Please do not come if you have any symptoms of illness. Once inside the Hebammerie, we do ask kindly to wear a mask until seated.
Course Registration:
Due to the current pandemic situation, our courses are hybrid until further notice.
The course instructor will contact you by email to inform you of the course structure. For the course, the class will be divided in advance and alternately you'll be one day at Hebammerie and one day you'll be home and attend online. Each day will have 6 couples at Hebammerie and 6 couples online. Every couple will have the chance to be one day in presence, if wanted and one day online. You can also choose to be online all time because all classes will be held hybrid. We plan this setting until end of february but this is strongly depends on the goverment regulations to Covid. The Hebammerie is a Medical centre and therefore we have special regulations.
If the pandemic situation changes, we reserve the right to convert all courses into online courses.
You will receive an email with your detailed information and access data roughly 5 to 7 days before the course begins.

General
We look forward to having you here with us! The Hebammerie is a cooperative community. All the midwives and course leaders take full responsibility. Mutually liability is hereby expressly excluded.
Registration
Registration for the courses is exclusively in writing and electronically via our online registration form. The registration becomes binding upon receipt of the confirmation email that you will receive after your registration has been fully processed.
Waiting List
If a course is fully booked, it is possible to register on our waiting list. In this case there will not be a confirmation email, but rather an acknowledgment of your interest in a place. As soon as a place on the course becomes available, we will notify you. If you are still interested, you will be admitted to the course. If you should find a place in another location before this occurs, we would greatly appreciate it if you would remember to cancel your spot on the waiting list. Many thanks!
Cancellation of the course by the course instructor
The midwife or course leader reserves their right to cancel the course up to one week before the start of the course if the number of participants is too low, or for other urgent reasons. Of course, the Hebammerie will try to offer a replacement course from our range of courses provided.
Cancellation
The following applies to booked courses and workshops: cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the course. This must be sent by email to: welcome@hebammerie.de.
The following applies to individual treatment bookings: your booked appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the treatment. Please write an email to the following email address: welcome@hebammerie.de
After this grace period, you (and the person accompanying you, e.g. partner courses) will be charged in full for the course or treatment. This consists of the fee paid by insurance, the partner amount, if applicable, and any extra costs. If the course place can be occupied by a waiting place, you will be informed and may withdraw from the course after the 14 day grace period has expired.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to end a course once you have already attended or early since all the hours of the course build upon each other.
Cost Coverage for Midwife-led childbirth preparation and postnatal care courses
For women with state health insurance, the course fees are settled directly with the health insurance company. However, missed classes cannot be billed to the insurance company and must be paid by the participant. These are charged at 8€ per 60 minutes. This means that for a 2-hour course, you owe 16€ per missed class or session, and for a 75 minute course 10€, and so on.The reason the participation did not take place is unfortunately irrelevant. Since the course curriculum is consecutive, it is not possible to replace one class with another during the course.
Women with private health insurance must pay the fees for the course themselves (2 times the midwife fee schedule HebGO). They will receive an invoice at the end of the course, and submit the invoice independently to their insurance company for reimbursement.
The partner’s contribution must be paid at the time of booking. However, there are some health insurance companies that reimburse this. Please check with you or your partner's health insurance company. The midwife in charge of the course will issue a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
Co-Payment
If the course instructor has the appropriate additional training (e.g. yoga, Cantienica) an additional copayment is due for the specific course offered. The health insurance companies pay the hourly basic fee (according to the Hebammengebührenordnung) of the course. You then pay the copayment privately. This cannot be billed to the health insurance company, but may be tax deductible. You have the option, of course, to choose a course that is without an additional co-payment.
Course Format
Our courses are held onsite in the Hebammerie and sometimes hybrid due to state ordered distance rules. For the midwife-led childbirth classes with up to 10 couples in the room, for midwife-led postpartum classes with up to 10 women (and babies). If this is not possible, we reserve the right, even at short notice, to convert these courses into online seminars! You will be informed about the course format at least one week before the course starts!
