Below please find the booking and cancellation conditions for the spiritual journeys Hildegard of Bingen, Hatun Karpay (right path), Hatun Karpay (middle path), Hatun Karpay (left path) and Meeting with the Mountains as well as for the Inka Path workshop and the online seminar To walk your talk.
Spiritual Journeys
Please note the information regarding COVID-19 vaccinations and the recommendations regarding travel insurance in the respective descriptions. Due to unpredictable weather and/or traffic conditions and other factors, the actual itinerary or content of the event may differ from the published description.
Inka World's events involve some significant financial risks and obligations, such as booking, currency and transaction fees, travel costs, airfare, hotel/seminar room rental and more. Since the groups are not very large and I also spend a considerable time answering questions, cancellation fees will incur in case you cancel your participation for the event.
Due to his advanced age, Juan Nuñez del Prado may cancel his participation in an event at short notice. In this case, Ivan, who has worked closely with his father Juan for more than 30 years, will hold the event alone. Therefor a free cancellation is not possible for this reason.
Cancellation fees
Cancellation fees are based on the time of your cancellation and are staggered as follows:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: a flat rate of 25% of the trip price
- 90 to 45 days before the start of the trip: a flat rate of 50% of the trip price
- 44 days to 15 days before the start of the tour: a flat rate of 75% of the tour price
- 14 days or less before the start of the trip: a flat rate of 90% of the trip price
If you are unable to attend the event, you are free to provide a replacement person. As soon as this replacement person has paid the participation fee in full, you will be refunded the participation fee already paid less a processing fee of 50.00 EUR. Any bank charges for the refund of the participation fee will be borne by you and will not be refunded by me.

Since the groups are not very large and I also spend a considerable time answering questions, cancellation fees will incur in case you cancel your participation for the event.

- 59 to 21 days before the start of the event: 30% of the course fee
- 20 to 10 days before the start of the event: 75% of the course fee
- 9 days or less before the start of the event: 100% of the course fee
- If you do not attend the event, the course fee will still be charged in full
If you are unable to attend the event, you are free to provide a replacement person. As soon as this replacement person has paid the participation fee in full, you will be refunded the participation fee already paid less a processing fee of 50.00 EUR. Any bank charges for the refund of the participation fee will be borne by you and will not be refunded by me.
