This course focusses on the pelvic floor, the deep abdominal and back muscles. The aim is to initiate supple muscle activity in the whole body.
During training, we work on good alignment of the spine and good posture. Various Pilates principles are used to improve the quality of movement.
You learn to move from a strong core, the so-called powerhouse. I have developed a tailor-made concept that builds up the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, but does not create any unfavorable pressure on the pelvic floor.

The training creates a nice flow of movements, whereby the exercises merge and the movements and breathing complement each other. Through the precise execution, differentiated muscles are strengthened, which are often “neglected” in everyday life. In addition, your body awareness improves and a beautiful body feeling sets in. We train in small groups. This ensures relaxed and concentrated work with individual corrections to carefully selected music.

This course meets all the requirements for a prevention course. If you attend regularly, you should be reimbursed up to 100% of the course fee. Please inquire in advance with your health insurance company about the scope of the reimbursement.
