Course goal
The goal of the course is to get an understanding of SafeMove 2nd generation. To be able to download and configure safety zones and safe Ethernet communications

Course objectives
After successfully completing the course, the participant should be able to:
• Learn what SafeMove is both hardware and software
• Understand local & global functions of SafeMove Pro
• Create a safety user using the UAS system
• Synchronize the safety controller
• Setup a new safety configuration
• Be able to restore the safety configuration
• Validate the safety configuration
• Lock the safety configurations
• Trigger stop functions using safe field bus inputs
• Understand the symbols in the graphics window
• Utilize RobotStudio® SafeMove Visualizer for zone and range configurations
• Navigate and learn the FlexPendant User Interface

Student profile
•This course is for personnel that have to configure robots equipped with the SafeMove Pro option

Prerequisites
•(US430) SafeMove or (US420) Basic Programming

Course type The course is instructor-led. Approximately 60% of time is practical exercises. Available in a Virtual Class. Duration Course duration is 3 days
