The goal of this course is to teach students the basic application of PickMaster 3, as well as familiarize them with its features.

Course objectives
After successfully completing the course, the participant should be able to:
• Describe hardware components
• Describe wiring configurations
• Explain basic performance capabilities
• Explain licensing procedures
• Setup a line
• Calibrate a conveyor and camera
• Verify accurate calibrations
• Train part models
• Configure PickMaster using common variations
• Setup containers and indexed work areas
• Modify RAPID code
• Create backups
• Explain load balancing
• Explain adaptive task completion (ATC)
• Use PickMaster for inspections
• Perform diagnostics on system
Student profile
This training is targeted to the people that will be applying and integrating PickMaster 3, as well as those who will use and maintain an installed PickMaster 3 based system.
Prerequisites
• IRC5 Programming I (US420) within the last 12 months
• IRC5 Programming II (US425) is strongly recommended
• Advanced PC user
