Course Goal

After this course the student should be able to help with the safety design for collaborative robot applications and ensure that it is in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.

Course objectives

Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to:

Determine which standards are applicable to different applications.
Tell what safety aspects to think about when designing a collaborative application.
Set up SafeMove zones and supervisions with the FlexPendant.
Perform a risk assessment in accordance with relevant standards.
Set up required documentation.

Prerequisites

Participants require no previous knowledge for this course.
