IRC5 Operator Reminder 19.01.2026
The objective of the course is to refresh participant's knowledge of robot operation and path modification using the teach pendant.
Training objectives:
- Independent station operation.
- Review of moving the robot using the joystick.
- Running programs and correcting points.
- Identifying common causes of production interrupts and actions to resume operation (e.g. emergency stop).
Training scope:
- Recap of safety rules for working with the robot
- Review of FlexPendant operation principles
- Review of robot jogging
- Review of basic motion instructions
- Review of basic digital signal handling instructions
- Monitoring of input and output signals
- Saving and restoring backups
- Robot synchronization
- Explanation of the event log
Training target group:
Operators, operation maintenance engineers, process engineers, integrators, programmers, OHS specialists, managers.
Information:
Number of participants: 3-10 people.
Requirements:
Completion of the IRC5 Operator course.
Course duration:
6 hours.
