Birth Preparation for couples with their 2nd or 3rd child on Friday and Saturday
This is a special weekend for couples who already have children. On Friday the course starts with a few hours just for the women. On Saturday you will enjoy a feel-good day together with your partner. With relaxation, time and rest for you as a couple and to get in the mood for the coming baby.
What will change for the sibling(s) and for you as a couple? How will the upcoming birth differ from the birth(s) you have already experienced? How can you prepare well for the birth situation? How can the siblings be prepared? How can you enjoy a well-organised and relaxing postnatal period? In this course, your family/partner will also be prepared for the postpartum period in the best possible way so that the mother can recover and rest and you all can enjoy the time with the baby. We want to prepare you for this time with peace, mindfulness and relaxation.
This course is for you and your partner
on Friday from 10.00-15.30 for women only
and on Saturday from 10.00-18.00 for you and your (birthing)partner
recommended from the 28th week of pregnancy.
This class is for you and your (birthing)partner. Together as a couple you'll go on this journey and it is my concern to prepare your partner and you as a couple in the best possible way. This influneces the birth in a very positiv way.
Important: The course fee for the pregnant woman is billed separately.
- With public health insurance, the midwife biils the woman’s participation directly to the insurance.
- With private health insurance, the woman will receive an invoice to submit.
Partner fee: The additional fee of 150€ applies only for the partner. This amount is not covered by the woman’s insurance. After the course, the partner will receive an invoice, which can usually be (at least partly) reimbursed by the health insurance.
