Join our thrilling week-long 3D pdesign and printing camp where creativity meets cutting-edge technology! In this camp's project, Rock, Paper, Code, students dive into the exciting world of 3D printing and game design, all while working with the powerful Micro:bit microcontroller. Participants will design and 3D print custom parts for a Robot vs. Human Rock, Paper, Scissors game, incorporating servos, sensors, and coding to bring their creations to life.
Students will:
- Use TinkerCad or OnShape (depending on skill level) to design 3D models.
- Learn to operate slicer software to prepare files for 3D printing.
- Experience hands-on building with Bambu Labs' state-of-the-art printers.
- Program their game using Micro:bit, exploring the integration of robotics, servos, and sensors.
- Take home their completed 3D-printed projects and micro:bit creations!
