Yoga SUP Stand up & Relax every Saturday.
The course takes place weekly from June to September.
Yoga is an ancient teaching that helps us to harmonize body, mind and soul. Important components are the adoption of different postures as well as breathing, concentration and meditation exercises. To practice yoga on the SUP board, you do not have to be very athletic or agile. It's not about accomplishing acrobatic excellence. Instead, everyone should move within the bounds of his/her possibilities, feel his/her limits and feel good. The interplay of power, balance and flowing lightness is a unique experience. At Yoga SUP, the board becomes a floating "yoga mat". The external instability automatically strengthens the inner balance. The yoga exercises are more intense. Concentration, coordination and breathing play a central role as always. Movement rhythm, strength and relaxation flow harmoniously together. The special feature of Yoga SUP is the absolute tranquility on the "own island", the calming effect of the water, the gentle rocking, the fresh air and the beauty of the nature in which one is surrounded.
