Please bring your own yoga mat or a comparable mat. Meditation cushions, blankets, and regular cushions are provided.
Accessibility of the workshop room:
The room is relatively accessible but not completely barrier-free. It is generally easy to access; however, there are a few obstacles: the building entrance has one (1) step – assistance is, of course, available. The restroom accommodates a narrow wheelchair but has limited accessibility (door width: 56 cm).
