The goal of the children’s kungfu training is to increase fitness/stamina, full-body, arm and leg strength, as well as improve response capacity, coordination, agility and flexibility. Children also develop their concentration skills and classic martial art values such as discipline and respectful behaviour.
Training content
- Wushu/kungfu basic moves and positions (jibengong)
- Basic self-defence techniques
- Wushu/kungfu basic sequences with examples of use
For children aged 7 to 12 years.
