A 120-Minute Journey Through Millennia of Tea Culture
Workshop Highlights:
• Expert introduction to the 6 most important types of Chinese tea and their brewing secrets
• Live demonstration of traditional tea preparation using a Gaiwan (Chinese lidded bowl)
• Hands-on practice: Learn to brew your own tea and enjoy it following the “4 steps” of tasting (color, aroma, flavor, and aftertaste)
• Interactive tea etiquette training: The artful Koutouli gesture of thanks and rituals of the tea realm
