Open course, no priorknowledge required.
Through body movements we activate our body breathing.
Through this combination we relax body and mind, process the influence of
Afro-Cuban dance in the movements of urban modern dance and its physical body expression.
Places: Primar Schule Hitzberg (Schulpflege-Schulverwaltung) Schulhausstrasse 63, 8703, Erlenbach.
Stops: Erlenbach ZH, Schulhaus, Bus 962, 2 minute walk to the auditorium
Parking: there area enough parking spaces.
Certified: Youth + Sportsleader for allround, gymnastics & dance recognized by Jugend & Sport Switzerland, Baspo Magglingen, Sports-office Zurich.
