For the beginner, with less prior knowledge requierd, isalted weaving movements for woman & men, further figure learning, group and line coordination, basic steps of: Salsa, Bachata und Merengue.
The Cuban style a dance style of salsa, alsa called"Casino". The Cuban salsa is more playful, rhythmic and lively and has a clear direction. Nevertheless, there are various basic step combinations for the various, sometimes extrmely complicated and confusing figures, which must be mastered in order to be able to carry out these figures correctly.
