Workshop

How can I train efficiently?

Training and your personal performance consist of four key areas: physical fitness, mental strength, nutrition and equipment. When all four work together, nothing stands in the way of your success story – including fun and increased power!

What should you focus on during training to ensure a successful training programme? Dan answers these and other questions about training optimisation in this workshop. He also discusses various metabolic processes and explains which intensities to use and when, in order to provide the right stimuli and help you improve.

In the first part of the workshop, Dan provides theoretical input; in the second part, he addresses your questions or individual situation so that you can prepare optimally for your next challenge or competition.
