VEX IQ Robotics Course

Start your robotics adventure with the VEX IQ Robotics Course, ideal for aspiring engineers, coders, and tech enthusiasts, the course emphasizes iterative design and teamwork, helping students deepen their understanding of mechanical systems and coding logic. This hands-on program introduces VEX IQ robotics, guiding students through the process of building and programming robots for a variety of STEM Labs or the official VEX Robotics Competition challenges. With a focus on creativity, strategy, and real-world problem-solving, students collaborate in teams to tackle engineering tasks and coding challenges.

VEX Robots Competition: 

This course will provide kids the opportunity to form a team(s) and represent Zurich in the TechLabs 2027 Alpine Robo Games featuring the VEX V5 & VEX IQ Regional Championship! Winning teams can qualify to represent Switzerland in the World Championship! Participation in the competition is optional.

Participate in the Alpine Robo Games:

This course runs beyond our normal semester schedule, starting in August and continuing until the February Alpine Robo Competition, where students can put their skills to the test.
More information about the competition: https://www.techlabs.ch/vex-events-products Students joining the competition training course will have the option to participate in the official VEX IQ Competition as part of TechLabs' Alpine Robo Games held in February 2027. The winner of this Swiss regional championship will be invited to compete in the VEX World Championship event in the USA.
