Looking for an exhilarating and immersive journey into the world of robotics, coding, and engineering? Dive into our Battle Bot and Competition Training Robotics course, tailored to focus extra time on official VEX competition training!

Harnessing the cutting-edge VEX IQ Robotics technology, this course offers kids a dynamic platform to grasp engineering fundamentals and design principles while immersing themselves in the thrilling arena of competition.

Working in teams, children will embark on a quest to conceive, construct, and program their own motorized robots. Utilizing principles of simple and complex machines, gearing, and mechanical advantage, they'll strategize to outmaneuver and outwit their opponents in our electrifying competition arena. Under the expert guidance of our seasoned instructors, your child will hone crucial problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, setting a solid foundation for their future endeavors.

Post-a fun filled BattleBot Battle, the focus shifts to intensive VEX IQ Robotics competition training.

In this specialized class, participants delve deep into preparation for the prestigious VEX IQ Competition, a globally renowned robotics challenge. Through weekly sessions, small groups of 2-4 students collaborate on crafting, constructing, and programming a robot optimized to achieve maximum scores in the season's game. Early engagement ensures ample time for iterative design and strategic refinement, enhancing their competitive edge.

This initiative fosters the development of essential skills such as teamwork, critical thinking, project management, and communication. Students will:

  • Master coding techniques for robot drivetrain, intake, and arm systems, enabling autonomous operations. They'll apply this knowledge by developing VEXcode IQ projects for participation in Autonomous Coding Skills Matches.
  • Dive into the realm of sensors, exploring functionalities of key components like Bumper Switch, Touch LED, Optical Sensor, and Distance Sensor. Practical projects will assess sensor capabilities, culminating in participation in a comprehensive Robot Skills Challenge, integrating the unit's learning.
  • Prepare for the VEX IQ 24/25 Official Competition: Rapid Relay, gearing up to showcase their skills and innovation on a global stage.

Join us on this thrilling adventure, where learning meets competition, and dreams take flight in the arena of robotics excellence!
