This course prepares you for an easy transition from individual coaching to team coaching and gives you all training hours for ICF AND EMCC accreditation!

There are a few prerequisites:

you have a basic understanding of Solution Focused principles - or are willing to take our free online preparation class
you are (or want to be -- we will help) accredited as ICF ACC or EMCC practitioner

Here is the structure of the class:

Step 1: The live online class

13 weeks of 2 hour live and interactive online classes (26 hours)

Online learning material (60 hours)

Peer groups (24 hours)

Total of hours of the class portion: 110 hours

Step 2: Gain team coaching experience under supervision

After the class, you need to collect 36 hours experience doing team coaching and take 4 hours of supervision (included in the class).

This gives you the 150 hours of our EMCC accredited class which you need for EMCC accreditation. For ICF, you will need 60 hours of team coaching training so we have that covered, too.
