SF Coaching Masterclass
Coaching Masterclass (ICF MCC)
For graduates of a minimum of 125 hour coach training classes this course offers the additional 75 training hours necessary for the application to gain the credential of Master Certified Coach.
- It is a highly practical, interactive and live online course (not a boring webinar) in which you will interact with people from all over the globe.
- The course includes 7 hours group mentoring and 3 hours individual mentoring (which you have to book with your mentor — they are not scheduled in advance).
- For the part where we analyze participants' coaching recording, each participant will have to supply a recording and a transcript of one of their coaching sessions at least once (preferably more often as this is where you receive the best feedback).
- There is also a requirement of 15 hours of self-study reading articles, watching coaching videos, producing your own coaching recordings, watching and reading transcripts of other participants' coaching recordings over the period of the whole course
