20210218 ACC and PCC Group Mentoring

Each 7 hours package consists of:

• Welcome and introduction, introduction to the core competencies at the respective credentialing level (ACC, PCC, MCC): 1 hour
• Analysis of 2 coaching recordings by 2 participants: 2 hours
• Analysis of 2 coaching recordings by 2 participants: 2 hours
• Analysis of 2 coaching recordings by 2 participants: 2 hours

To benefit maximally from this group, it is wise to have a coaching recording ready that you have permission to share. Alternatively, participants can agree to coach each other and use those recordings. This can easily be set up in the first introduction meeting. 

Apart from participating in the mentoring sessions, you will have to prepare by listening to 2 recordings of maximally 1 hour each before each mentoring session. Many mentoring groups rely on live coaching and feedback during the session: We have found this to be much less effective than listening to a recording on your own time and using the mentoring session for detailed feedback.
