With this course you will:
- gain clarity on the updaged ICF Core Competencies at PCC level
- learn how PCC recordings are assessed from Kirsten Dierolf, MCC who is a member of the ICF assessor team for PCC and MCC
- learn how to guide your mentees to a successful ACC or PCC application
This course is highly practical:
- We will discuss a core competency, the relevant markers and evaluation criteria in one week.
- As homework, we all assess a recording of a coaching session according to the markers finding evidence for the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of these markers.
- In the next session, we will compare our evaluation and align our assessments.
- We then discuss typical issues faced by our ACC and PCC mentees and how to help them resolve them.
