Narrative Coaching
Narrative Practice is a great way to learn to coach "the who" of the client. You respectfully engage people in a discussion about what they value, intend, see as important for their lives and what the ripple effects will be when they carry these things further.
Jeff Change will teach us the foundations of narrative practice:
- background
- exernalizing
- reauthoring
- definitional ceremonies
- outsider witnesses
Inbetween, Kirsten will lead us in practice session
This highly interactive course will enable you to deepen your coaching practice and "dance in the moment" as a "completely connected observer to the client"
You will receive 30 CCEU for this course.
