In addition, participants will understand how to use social media platforms (LinkedIn and XING) as a tool to build a sustainable market presence and a broad and lasting professional network.

This also helps participants to get an overview of potential employers and their most sought-after skills.  

Furthermore, understanding of digital networking is enhanced, thus extending the network and reach to gain access to the so-called "hidden" job market.  

By combining a part and practical exercises, the training content is conveyed to the participants in an efficient and easy-to-understand way.
