The aim is to prepare and ease entry into the employment market after training or reorientation, so that the transition into a sustainable employment relationship is as smooth as possible.

Target Group:  Our programme "Career Kickstart" is designed for people starting out in their careers, who will be supported according to their previous education and individual possibilities.

Time: 12 lessons a 45 minutes

Location: Online Course

Duration:  2 times a week, within 4 weeks

Requirements:

• Completed training and/or completed university degree
• Practical experience/advanced training/continuing education
• Knowledge of the German language (at least A1 level)
