Description:

This course is designed to identify the core competences of the participants and to position them correctly in the employment market.

After the course, the participants will be able to present their professional career, experience and skills in order to ensure a successful application process and to obtain a suitable and sustainable employment relationship. 

Furthermore, the participant understands how to use social media platforms (LinkedIn and XING) as a tool to build a sustainable market presence and a broad and sustainable network.

This also helps the participant to get an overview of potential employers and most sought-after skills. Furthermore, it builds an understanding of digital networking and thus widens the reach to gain access to the so-called 'hidden' job market.

Through the theoretical part and the interactive learning, the course content can be optimally conveyed to the training participant.

• Skillfully and effectively present work experience and skills
• In-depth knowledge of professional social media platforms (LinkedIn and XING)
• Tips and tricks for digital networking and greater reach

Target Group: For employees with work experience, job seekers and those reorienting themselves to a new profession (max. 12 participants)

Time: 11 lessons of 45 minutes each

Location: Online Course

Duration:  2 times a week, within 4 weeks

Requirements:

• Project experience
• Digital device with/and microphone
• Internet connection
• Knowledge of the German language (at least A1 level)
