HELICOPTER UNDERWATER ESCAPE TRAINING (HUET), inkl. CA-EBS/STASS
The training teaches techniques of self- and external evacuation from an emergency watered/partly and fully capsized helicopter and teaches their safe control under real conditions.
The rescue techniques and handling of the protective equipment can be trained in all weather conditions as well as day or night.
The training meets the requirements of EASA, UK CAA, FAA and ICAO for the HUET module. In addition, we include current findings and examples of emergency situations and (near) accidents at helite transfers in the maritime environment in the training. The trainer staff has active experience in aviation service. There will be an induction on the actual use of CA-EBS/STASS (Cat. A) and STASS-systems will be used during the HUET scenarios. The requirements acc. to SPA.HOFO. 165 are met, the training complies with the guidelines of OPITO (Amendment 7, March 2018).
