Switzerland’s new Data Protection Act (revDSG, nDSG)
The new Swiss data protection law has been passed and came into effect on September 1, 2023. IT resellers in particular have new obligations under the new Data Protection Act and must implement certain measures as they are now regarded as “processors”.
Implementing the measures relating to the revDSG within a company is an extremely time-consuming task, so it is advisable to get started as soon as possible.
