It is easy to assume that teams will find their way to high performance almost by themselves. In reality, teams are sensitive entities that need attention and grooming in order to deliver truly excellent results; and there are many pitfalls along the way.
This programme is for those who want to make their senior teams more effective. We will share best, good and emerging practices from our coaching work with senior teams. This will enable course participants to immediately apply what they have learned and put it into practice. We will focus on the teams’ characteristics in order to determine which development approach to take, and on the range of interventions and approaches we use at Leadership Choices to help teams to become more effective, sustainably.
