High impact rhetoric in challenging conversations

In a fast moving, constantly changing and increasingly decentralized and therefore virtual world, the Art of Rhetoric has become crucial beyond TED talks and election campaigns. In negotiations, difficult conversations and challenging management interventions, HIGH IMPACT RHETORIC makes the decisive difference between achievement and failure, results and procrastination, competition and collaboration.
Focus: The Rhetoric Triangle as a key to high impact conversations

The Rhetoric Triangle as a foundation in which the personality of the SPEAKER plays an at least equally important role as his capacity to formulate a message addressing both the audience‘s heart and mind.
How can we create the necessary space between action and reaction and chose the right mindset when it comes to addressing people’s hearts and minds? How can rhetoric savviness help us to navigate even better through organizational transformation and use this space „inbetween” to create collective awareness regarding the real underlying issues – to establish or even strengthen relationships, foster entrepreneurship and achieve better results?
