Robotics Training Center ABB
The training is conducted online.
As a participant, you will connect to our Training Center via the Internet.
Since you will actively participate in the training, ask questions, perform tasks and share the results, you must have a computer / laptop with a webcam, audio set and Internet access. You will receive detailed information after registering for the course.
The objective of the course is to provide the participants with the basic information about the design of the station, offline and online programming of robots in RobotStudio environment.
Training objectives:
- Design of a basic offline station.
- Writing programmes in offline mode and simulation of operation of the station.
- Connection and edition of the real system.
Training scope:
- Introduction to RobotStudio.
- Basics – menu, windows.
- Design of a basic station.
- CAD modelling – basics.
- Graphical programming.
- Visualization of zones, working ranges.
- Simulation of virtual station operation.
- Programming and simulation of signals.
- Signal Analyzer.
- Operation on a real system – transfer, backups, logs, restart.
- Adding users – UAS.
- Writing and edition of code in RAPID language.
- Virtual FlexPendant, FP preview.
- Layout edition – export to CAD 2D.
- Jobs.
Training target group:
Operation maintenance engineers, process engineers, integrators, programmers
Requirements:
Basic computer skills, basic command of English, recommended completion of the IRC5 Programming I course.
