The objective of the course is to familiarize participants with the hazards and safety guidelines for working with robots.
Training objectives:
- Familiarization with hazards associated with industrial robots.
- Familiarization with protective measures.
- Familiarization with standards and regulations regarding robots.
- Ability to work safely at a robotic workstation.
Training scope:
- Standards, rules, and regulations regarding safety.
- Robotic system – structure, hazards, hazard identification.
- Risk analysis.
- Protective measures.
- Emergency stop.
- Robot stop functions.
- Safety circuits.
- SafeMove.
- Robot axis brakes.
Training target group:
The training is intended for people responsible for the installation and configuration of the safety module, SafeMove, and functional safety features.
Information:
Number of participants: 3-10 people.
Requirements:
Completion of the IRC5 Operator course.
Course duration:
6 hours.
