In this small-group course at the Geburtshaus Matthea, you’ll enjoy a warm, personal atmosphere and plenty of individual attention.
You’ll receive practical, balanced guidance for birth in a hospital, birth center, or at home, combined with gentle Spinning Babies® techniques to support your baby’s optimal position and make labor smoother.
Together we’ll explore:
- The stages of labor and what to expect
- Partner roles and practical birth support
- Breathing, movement, and relaxation techniques
- How to navigate hospital procedures with confidence
- Early postpartum care and breastfeeding basics
