In the event of cancellation, the following fees apply:
- Up to 30 days before the start of the course: 25% of the course fee
- 29 to 21 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee
- 20 to 5 days before the start of the course: 75% of the course fee
- as of 4 days before the start of the course or no-show: 100% of the course fee
