Abstract submissions from young, early-career students (PhD students and PostDocs) are especially encouraged, though submissions from all researchers and career stages are also warmly welcomed for the conference.

Board and lodging are included with your registration (exceptions apply for the late registration/ "conference visitor", see information below).
- Please be aware that late registration ("conference visitor") covers your conference attendance and includes board (lunch, coffee breaks and dinner). Lodging and breakfast cannot be offered for 'conference visitors' and you must arrange your own accommodation.
- Please be aware that the region around the monastery of Seeon and Lake Chiemsee is a particularly popular holiday destination in the summer, when nearby accommodation tends to fill up quickly.
- The reduced double room rate includes sharing a comfortable double room (room partner preferences can be communicated when registering).
